Operation limits are soft caps: nothing stops mid-month. If you settle above your plan, we'll email you and suggest a better fit.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as an operation?

An operation is a successful destination action performed by a pipeline — for example, creating or updating a Salesforce record, or writing a row to Google Sheets. Trigger polling, filters, and formatting steps do not count.

Do failed actions count as operations?

No. Failed actions are not billed. Only actions that successfully write to your destination count against your allotment.

What happens if I go over my monthly operations?

Limits are soft caps. Your pipelines keep running with no interruption. We'll email you at 80% and 100% of your allotment, and if your usage settles above your plan we'll suggest an upgrade — there are no surprise overage charges.

How does annual billing work with monthly operations?

Annual plans are billed once per year (priced at ten months, so two months are free) but operations are still metered in monthly windows anchored to your subscription start day. Your allotment resets every month, not once a year.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you can resume before the period ends if you change your mind.

What do I need to connect Google Sheets or Salesforce?

Just an account with each service. You authorize Orchestrace through each provider's standard OAuth consent screen — no API keys to copy and no code. You can connect both before subscribing; a plan is only needed to publish and run pipelines.
