Terms of Service
Last updated July 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Orchestrace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service
Orchestrace provides tools for configuring and operating automated data pipelines between supported services. Features and connectors may change as the product develops.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.
Authorized integrations
You authorize Orchestrace to access only the files you choose and the connected services required by pipelines you configure. You are responsible for maintaining authorization to connected accounts and for ensuring you have permission to process the data used by those accounts.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe another party's rights, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Billing
Paid plans, prices, included operations, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. You authorize the applicable charges. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms shown in your account and checkout flow.
Availability
We work to keep Orchestrace available and reliable, but the service can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network failures, or events outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available account controls. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violations of these terms.
Disclaimers
Orchestrace is provided on an as-available basis. You are responsible for reviewing pipeline configuration and outputs before relying on them in business processes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orchestrace is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or third-party integrations.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use of the service.
